Byblos, a house of Lebanese cuisine, was created in 2002, is located in a small basement cellar where different languages can be heard, Drina and nargile are smoked here and enjoyed in delicious food and oriental dance. The restaurant was named after the oldest populated city in the world, Byblos, located just north of Beirut, "Paris Middle East." Sister Jelena and Katarina Kovacevic wanted to bring Lebanese culture closer to the townsfolk, and to share all her charms.
When the house in which the restaurant was originally opened was demolished, they moved to Nebojšina 6, into a house carefully hidden under the treetops of Karadjordjev park, and along with them went the main cook Deni Chehwan, whose specialties are remembered by those who were guests of the Beirut restaurant "Al Balad".
Since 2008, Byblos is the general distributor and representative of "Kefraya" of the Lebanese wine houses, whose offer is of particular interest and quality, due to the long tradition of its production, with the roots in Phoenicia and the dominance of French culture. In addition, Byblos has always been a leading advocate of good food, fusion of Belgrade and Lebanese spirit and the best offer of alternative relaxation with oriental dance and Arabic coffee.
The terrace in the park is waiting for you, quality food, fragrant of tobacco and nargile, oriental dance, the best Lebanese wines and of course Belgrade smiles and spirit, which they managed to preserve.
