Vračar Crveni Krst - The neighborhood Vračar Crveni Krst is located in the municipality of Vračar, on the border with the municipality of Zvezdara, near the famous monument to Vuk Stefanovic Karadžić. The neighborhood Vračar Crveni Krst is one of the larger neighborhoods in Belgrade and is popular among our guests because it is close enough to the center of Belgrade but at the same time far enough that peace and quiet are absolutely guaranteed. One of the more important features of the neighborhood Vračar Crveni Krst are small narrow streets with long lines of trees that give the impression of a small town, the neighborhood Vračar Crveni Krst is predominantly inhabited by families. The neighborhood Vračar Crveni Krst has a variety of supermarkets, shops, banks, ATMs, restaurants, cafes and bars, and it boasts many attractions. Some of the attractions that are located in the neighborhood Vračar Crveni Krst are the Belgrade Drama Theater, Basketball Federation of Serbia, Vozarev Cross, Franciscan monastery of St. Anthony of Padua and Church of the Holy Virgin. The neighborhood Vračar Crveni Krst was named after the Vozarev cross. The Vozarev cross was erected by Gligorije Vozarović believing that in this place the remains of Saint Sava were burned. Much later the Vozarev white cross has been replaced by the Red Cross.
