It all began in 2014 in an apartment on the second floor in Vracar, when the three of us decided to open the restaurant TRI.
Initially, the guests were friends and acquaintances, but then everything started to grow, different, yet such similar people, started coming and returning more often.
The aesthetics of the space, the food made with love, the soft environment making you feel like you're at home, without the classic restaurant atmosphere, all made an interesting story to many curious people who recognized TRI as a new gathering place.
In September 2015, the entire concept was moved to a new location, into a cozy back yard just behind the National Assembly.
In addition to the new aesthetics, which did not surface through a great deal of money invested or with an engagement of interior designers, but was instead sponatneously created by the sensibility of the people in it, having food be the one the special emphasis was put on.
We hand-make the pasta, we get the meat from the butcher we have known for years now and make all of our deserts ourselves.
Each ingredient of our gastronomic venture is hand picked and used with love, through the genetic heritage our spectacular grandmas have passed on. Every dish evokes a familiar, but still such a different feel.
Our goal is to remain exactly the same us you have fallen in love with.
