Ćevabžinica Jeftić near Slavija is a unique chevabine of this type in Belgrade. Orginal "sarajevski ćevapi" are the only one in Belgrade prepared according to the original Sarajevo way of preparation.
Sarajevo's “ćevapi” appeared even during the Turks in a similar way like they are prepared nowadays. The method of preparation and production was different from today, in the way of preparation and grinding the meat itself and pulling into the cevap. They were frying in the frying pan of cow fat and served in deep dishes because of the sauce that remained in the stove during the baking itself.
Ćevabžinica Jevtć started working in 2002, making Belgrade become richer for the Sarajevo spirit in downtown Belgrade.
With the authentic recipe and the way of cooking, we raised the quality scale to a high level. The owner Aco Jevtic baked his craft in Sarajevo, at the master of this craftsman, the well-known Ramiz Hodzic, and after he comes to Belgrade, and opens his restaurant. Pure quality is our base, and the recommendation of guests is our best advertisement.
