Palilula 27. marta - The neighborhood Palilula 27. marta is one of the more unusual areas in Belgrade. Palilula 27. marta neighborhood is not large but it is well known, it stretches from the street Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra to the Dalmatinska street, and from Starine Novaka and Beogradska streets to Takovska Street. The neighborhood Palilula 27. marta is decorated with long alleys of tall trees, and has gotten its name from the eponymous street, which is located in the center of the neighborhood. The 27. marta street was named after the day that is marked and celebrated as the beginning of opposition to fascism. The neighborhood Palilula 27. marta includes several sights and tourist attractions, Tašmajdan park, the Church of St. Mark, the Radio-Television Serbia building, Paliluska open market, the building of the Constitutional Court and the Main post office building.
