The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a new condominium concept building with portico and card access, has an elevator, and there is a playground for children in the yard. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is comfortable and nicely designed, it is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed. It has one bedroom with double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Features include: air conditioning, Ktv, Tv, Wifi, hairdryer, iron, clean linens and towels. The location is located between two large streets, Duke Steppe and Oslobodjenje Boulevard. Nearby is the Faculty of Transportation, the Maxi supermarket, the Banjica Sports Center, the Military Medical Academy, as well as the Bayford Forest. It has a garage space in an underground garage.

Apartman je lep, uredan i korektno opremljen. Ono sto mozda nije moguce primetiti pre odlaska jeste da dnevnu i spavacu sobu dele klizna vrata, pa to smanjuje zvucnu izolaciju (moze da bude od koristi nekome sa malom decom ili bebom). Spavaca soba nocu postaje jako hladna, dok dnevna ostaje normalne temperature. Mirjana je bila super host, komunikativna.
